Course Structure

Did you know that Botox was discovered in the 1800’s.While Botox didn’t gain FDA approval as a cosmetic treatment until 2002, it was actually discovered back in the 1820s. Dr. Justinus Kerner first discovered botulinum toxin, a neurotoxic protein formed from a bacterium. That’s right—Botox is a bacterial toxin!

One of the most popular non-surgical treatments in the cosmetic industry. Because of its long history and the extensive research it’s gone through, Botox is one of the safest and most effective products available. The FDA has approved Botox for cosmetic use between the eyebrows and on the lines around the eyes, among other uses including hyper-hidrosis, or excessive sweating, migraines, overactive bladder and lazy eye.

This intensive Botox training course will deliver you with a comprehensive introduction to injecting Botulinum Toxin into the key areas of the upper face: Crow’s feet, Frown lines & Horizontal Forehead lines.

This full day Botox Training Course will take you through everything you need to know about the cosmetic uses of botulinum toxin. By the end of the day, our aim is to develop your knowledge and skills to a level that you can assess, prepare a treatment plan and deliver a comprehensive Botox treatment for all areas of the upper face.

In the morning our delegates are given the most up to date information in the industry to ensure that they are all safe aesthetic practitioners. During the afternoon our experienced trainers will demonstrate injection techniques. The delegates then have hands-on experience on course models under guidance and supervision.

London Learning Academy Training offers small training sessions to ensure that all the delegates receive sufficient hands-on experience. As part of the course we discuss leading brands such as Botox, Azzalure and Bocouture and the practical sessions are using Botox.

London Learning Academy diploma courses are appropriate for complete beginners and do not necessitate any prior knowledge to be able to train with us; many of our students are not yet beauty trained and are looking to start up a business in the industry.

Qualifications you will receive
