Course Structure

Our Dermaplaning Course is an intensive advanced facial skincare training course that will teach you to deliver these in-demand treatments with confidence.  

This Dermaplanning training course is delivered as a day course. You will spend half the day studying the theory side of Dermaplanning including Anattomy & Physiology if the skin and face, the second half of the day will be learning and practising your practical skills.  The course will involve tutor demonstration as well as hands-on practical working with other students. You will give and receive treatments as part of the course working on and with other students in attendance of the course. You must not have received any facial cosmetic procedures in the 12 weeks prior to this course to include dermal fillers.

Do I need to bring a Model?

It is requested that you bring a model to the course. We shall provide further information in confirmation of boking. Please note – You will also be working on each other.

Course Entry Requirements

London Learning Academy diploma courses are appropriate for complete beginners and do not necessitate any prior knowledge to be able to train with us; many of our students are not yet beauty trained and are looking to start up a business in the industry.

We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of specific treatments. This course is designed for beginners; however, Students must be 18+. All materials will be provided for you. On the advanced class yo need to have complete the foundation class first.

This not only validates your commitment to the training, but also permits you to gain Public Liability insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying consumers from home or mobile.

Insurance Details 

All London Learning Academy courses finished with London Learning Academy are accredited by ABT, CPD and The Guild allowing you to obtain insurance from your own chosen insurance provider.

Career Opportunities

All London Learning Academy diploma courses permit you to work from both home and mobile offering the dedicated treatment(s) that you have completed. You can start earning by offering treatments to paying clients as soon as you have attained your insurance. You could effortlessly work exclusively as a Lash Technician providing only lash extension treatments on a mobile basis or establish a treatment area at home. Alternatively, you may like to look at further courses such as eyelash and eyebrow tinting or microblading course for further treatments you could offer to your clients.
